Create a myHawaii Account

Step 1: Enter your email address

  • On the myHawaii login page, enter your email address in the provided field.
  • Select Next to continue.

  • Note: If you see a password field, your email is already registered. Follow the Sign in to Your eHawaii.gov Account guide instead. Otherwise, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Check your email

  • You will receive an email with the subject myHawaii Account Registration from [email protected].
  • Open the email and select Create Account to continue.

  • Note: If you do not see the email, check your Junk or Spam folder.

Step 3: Create your account

  • The email link will open in your default browser.
  • Enter your first name and last name in the appropriate fields.
  • Enter a password that meets the minimum password requirements.
  • Select Next to proceed.

Step 4: Secure your account with MFA

  • Choose a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method when prompted.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
